Here at the Veterans Community Network, we recognise the benefits to be had between therapeutic gardening sessions and mindfulness within our Veterans Community. We have established three sites where our beneficiaries can access our services and enjoy the benefits of therapeutic gardening. Some of our sites require pre-booking, therefore if you are interested in attending, please don't hesitate to contact us.
A message of thanks to Bethan and Chicksands for all their hard work restoring No.10 at the Pavilion for the beneficiaries of the Veterans Community Network to use.
As part of our Thrive Together joint working program, the Veterans Community Network have joined with Bethan and the team at Chicksands to deliver Therapeutic Gardening Sessions. This activity will require pre-booking, so if you are interested in joining us, please submit a contact form.
On Tuesday the 13 May 2025, we are holding an open-day event starting at 12.30 to give you an opportunity to have a look around our Community Garden in Northampton. There is plenty of parking and the site is fully accessible. We have access to toilets. There will be a brew & homemade cake waiting. See you there!
