Funded by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust, VCN is delighted to be working with the Bridge for Heroes once again, through the Thrive Together program known as Veterans Voice. VCN is now delivering the following services; Reducing Mental Health stigma, supporting Veterans in Care home, Information Hubs and Pop Ups and Drop-ins.
