Funded by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust, VCN is delighted to be working with the Veterans Outreach Support once again, through the Thrive Together program known as Partnership in Mind. The focus of this program is to improve Veterans access to support, raise awareness of Veterans support with professionals and case management.
